Freeze On Romanian Public Sector Hiring Kept Into Next Year, But Made More Flexible

Romania's Government will continue to downsize the public sector, by hiring only one person for each seven vacant positions, but will allow a certain amount of flexibility in order to prevent blockages caused by short staffing.
