Garanti BBVA launches a unique offer for personal loan without real estate collateral, up to RON 500,000

Garanti BBVA is introducing on the Romanian banking market a unique offer up to RON 500,000 without the need for real estate collateral, for the loans addressed to individuals with incomes types of salary, PFA, dividends, and rent. The loan offers fast access to financing and full flexibility with regard to destination.   The product is designed to meet the needs of clients looking for simple, secure, and relevant financial solutions, whether their needs are for a personal project or to have all the debts under a single loan. It includes free life insurance for its entire loan duration, offered by the bank.   The loan can be accessed for a period of maximum 5 years, with no restrictions in terms of destination, refinancing other debts or fresh money, or up to maximum 10 years only for refinancing other loans contracted before July 8, 2020, without additional amount. This makes it a practical tool for investing on personal projects, consolidating personal budgets or refinancing existing debts, whether personal or mortgage-related.   “This new product is not just about financing, it is about giving people the freedom to take the next step toward what truly matters. Whether it is renovating a home or bringing a personal plan to life, we want to be there for that moment. The loan also provides a valuable opportunity for budget consolidation, through the refinancing of previously contracted loans. For us, «Se poate» is not just a slogan, but a promise that together we can find solutions for every financial goal”, said Cagri Memisoglu, Deputy General Manager, Retail Banking Area, Garanti BBVA Romania.   In order to qualify, clients must meet eligibility criteria and receive their income in or maintain a monthly turnover equal to at least two instalments, through their Garanti BBVA accounts.
