HVAC Ventilation Systems in Constanta chooses Charisma and Primavera suite for integrated digitization of operations

The company "HVAC Ventilation Systems" Constanta, a major player in the design, execution and maintenance of HVAC installations and power infrastructure, adopts state-of-the-art software solutions to optimize processes and strengthen project control, in partnership with TotalSoft, one of the leading providers of business information systems in Central and Eastern Europe, and Infinity Business Center, a provider of integrated project management services and solutions.

HVAC Ventilation Systems is specialized in the design, execution and maintenance of HVAC installations, mainly dedicated to the marine sector. In the last year, the organization's activity has expanded to other business areas, which has required the adoption of a suite of software solutions that allow the elimination of the non-standard work environment and the centralized and real-time tracking of projects, for a clear control of costs and revenues achieved.

So, the company decided to collaborate with TotalSoft and Infinity Business Center, opting for an integrated solution that includes Charisma ERP, Charisma Portfolio Management and Primavera P6 EPPM. This strategic choice will allow the company to fully digitize its activities and gain insight into operational and financial results in real time.
