In Vilnius, at 3SI, president Iohannis stresses importance of connection projects of Eastern Flank by road, railway

President Klaus Iohannis backed, on Thursday, at the meeting of the Three Seas Initiative, which took place in Vilnius, the projects to connect the entire Eastern Flank both by road and by rail, connecting the Black Sea to the Baltic."We've just finished the main session of the meeting of the Three Seas Initiative. It was quite a long, very substantial session. We discussed important themes. (...) The important themes of this Three Seas Initiative were thought to improve the infrastructure connection on the North-South axis in our part of Europe, the connection infrastructure meaning road, railway, but it also means gas, electricity, digital connectivity and so on," Klaus Iohannis said.He qualified the discussions as "very good", stating that he reiterated the importance of connecting the entire Eastern Flank.
