Infinexa Strengthens Its Management Team, Appoints Mircea Somlea as Partner – Former Executive Who Managed Non-Performing Loans at CEC Bank

Infinexa, a Romanian entrepreneurial company specializing in the restructuring and financing of distressed businesses, with €170 million in assets under management, announces the strengthening of its leadership team through the appointment of Mircea Somlea(Photo) as Senior Partner.   Mircea Somlea brings over 10 years of experience in banking, focused on managing corporate non-performing loans and leading restructuring processes for both large companies and SMEs. For six years, he served as Deputy Director at CEC Bank, where he coordinated the corporate NPL portfolio and handled some of Romania’s most complex recovery projects.   “My goal is to help consolidate Infinexa’s position as a leader in the restructuring field and to jointly develop innovative solutions that effectively respond to the complex challenges facing the Romanian business environment,” said Mircea Somlea, Senior Partner at Infinexa.   Adrian Lotrean, Managing Partner of Infinexa, added: “Mircea’s experience brings valuable diversification to our in-house expertise, especially in strategic management and the perspective of institutional banking creditors.
