Romanian carrier AnimaWings has officially inaugurated its direct Bucharest - Milan Malpensa route, one of the most important business and tourism air links between Romania and northern Italy.According to the airline, the first regular flight on the Bucharest - Milan Malpensa route was to operate on Friday, May 29. The service will run year-round, with three weekly frequencies - on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The average flight time is around 2 hours and 20 minutes each way.The new route is operated with the company's recently added Airbus A220-300 aircraft, configured with 137 seats - 12 in Business Class and 125 in Economy Class - offering passengers a high level of comfort and a premium onboard experience.Northern Italy is home to one of the largest Romanian communities in Europe, while the Lombardy region is among Italy's most important economic and commercial hubs.AnimaWings was launched in 2020 by the founders of the Christian Tour tour operator.
