Innobyte strengthens its position in the eCommerce market through a rebranding and repositioning process.

February 21, 2024

Innobyte, one of the most important Romanian companies specializing in eCommerce services and solutions, announces a major development phase through a rebranding process, a new visual identity, and the introduction of a revised brand platform. This initiative is driven by a new manifesto, "eCommerce, that’s ALL we do!", which acts as an internal guide, aligning the company’s business, brand strategies, and investments.

As leaders in Romania’s eCommerce market, we have been involved since 2006 in growing this segment locally and internationally by creating successful online stores with high scalability potential for brands from various fields. Thus, Innobyte has proven to be more than an eCommerce service provider, positioning ourselves as a strategic partner for medium and large companies. Our goal is to become the only eCommerce partner needed for launching successful online stores and stimulating business growth,” mentioned Cătălin Șomfălean, CEO and co-founder of Innobyte.

The company's rebranding process, carried out over the last year, was aimed not only at the new visual identity but also at aligning brand and business strategies with the investments planned for the coming years. Thus, the development of platforms for online stores follows local and regional market trends, focusing on a user experience that is not only personalized and improved but also secure, with robust and updated security solutions integrated. Moreover, the development of data analysis tools can offer a significant advantage to Innobyte's partners in a constantly changing market. The company's agility in a dynamic market is, in fact, the essence of Innobyte's manifesto: eCommerce- that’s ALL we do!

Innobyte's repositioning also included a new approach to a company's journey towards eCommerce. Innobyte embraces a full-service thinking through several stages: Initiation – which includes consultancy, business and process analysis, identifying needs, creating scenarios; Planning – defining the goal, identifying solutions, defining the budget, timeframe, and project plan; Execution – developing solutions, monitoring, reporting, and testing; Delivery – testing on users, handing over the solutions and documentation, launching; and finally, Maintenance and further developments.

If we’ve learned anything from these 17 years of being at the forefront of Romanian eCommerce, it’s that you don’t become a market leader by birth. You need to be focused and dedicated all the time, not just on Black Friday or Christmas. As a partner for those who wish to be market leaders, Innobyte has been 100% involved in every project, our teams delivering customized solutions, day in, day out, every day, to actively contribute to our clients' success,” added Cătălin Bordei, Managing Partner at Innobyte.

In the rebranding process, Innobyte also unveils a new logo, a symbol of modernity and digital orientation, combining the friendly and accessible character of its expert team with technological sophistication. The new design integrates elements from the previous logo's legacy, highlighting Innobyte's commitment to innovation and excellence in eCommerce. This new visual identity marks a new era for Innobyte, emphasizing its leadership position in advanced eCommerce services and solutions.

Innobyte offers customized eCommerce solutions and services designed to meet the unique needs of businesses across different sectors. The company excels in delivering top eCommerce solutions on global platforms, including VTEX and Magento (Adobe Commerce), designed to accommodate businesses of all sizes, in various industries.

Over its 17 years in the eCommerce market, Innobyte has grown to a company with over 40 permanent employees and collaborators, developing projects for over 200 companies across three continents. Innobyte's solutions have contributed to the success of representative online stores in segments such as retail (Auchan), tobacco (BAT), fashion (Fashion Days), IT&C (Flanco, Altex, iStyle, F64), kids (Noriel), pharma (Spring Farma), DIY (Metatools), or space (European Space Agency).
