More than half of Romanians think that PSD, PNL, and UDMR should be included in the next government, according to an INSCOP Research barometer conducted between May 26–30, 2025. “Survey participants were asked to indicate, for each parliamentary party, whether they believe that party should be part of the next government. Additionally, 52.9% believe the UDMR should join the future government, while 44.4% disagree. Opinions are nearly split on the USR: 49.5% support its inclusion in government, while 49.2% oppose it. According to the same source, 48.9% of respondents believe that AUR should be in the next government, while 47.2% disagree. The data was collected between May 26–30, 2025, using a structured questionnaire and the CATI method (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing). The sample size was 1,150 respondents, stratified and representative of Romania’s non-institutionalized population aged 18 and over, based on key socio-demographic categories (gender, age, occupation). The maximum margin of error is ±2.9%, at a 95% confidence level.
