I am thinking of the large Romanian community in Spain, over half a million people, who are fully integrated members of our society, who take part in everyday life, who contribute to our prosperity and help to consolidate our cultural and socio-economic ties at the highest level," said the King.The Spanish sovereign evoked the common vision of Romania and Spain on the European Union, namely "the initiative and conviction both our countries show in the ongoing construction of such a grand project, such a unique project, and our shared sensitivity with respect to so many issues."At the same time, he also highlighted the Spanish military involvement in Romania, in an allied context, including air policing missions and participation in the Battle Group led by France.According to the King of Spain, regarding the Cincu Battle Group, "the impact is evident in terms of security, training and the building of precious professional ties between the armies of the allied countries.""The bonds formed here will endure, I am sure, throughout the careers of our military personnel.
