Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), signed a lease agreement for Globalworth Plaza with LSD Group, a multinational general contracting and fit-out company based in Bucharest that is emerging as a preferred business partner across 9 countries in the region. In line with their development strategy, a long-term leasing transaction was completed for a period of 6 years with a total surface area of 1,200 sqm in the office building located on Pipera Street.

LSD Group’s presence in CEE has enabled the successful completion of over 175.000 sqm across 250 projects. “We're delighted to welcome LSD Group into our community as a partner in our Globalworth Plaza office building. The new headquarters of the company will be located in the most dynamic business area in Bucharest, Globalworth District, and it will offer its employees an ideal mix of workplaces and a wide variety of amenities. We have every confidence that they will find the productive, comfortable, and creative working environment that they have been looking for.” said Costin Barbu, Senior Leasing Manager at Globalworth Romania.

“Our relocation to Globalworth Plaza marks a pivotal moment in LSD Group’s strategic evolution. This move is a significant step in our multinational expansion strategy, reflecting our robust growth both in Romania, fuelled by multiple investments over the last years, and on a global scale, with international operations projected to contribute 30% to our revenues by 2024. Central to this achievement is our commitment to supporting entrepreneurs, integrated into our “Make it real” customer experience concept. Our new, modern office space is designed for communication and collaboration, which is essential for our team.” said Bogdan Haiduc, CEO of LSD Group.
