MApN: 2,400 French soldiers will enter the country until September 30 for the DACIAN FALL 2025 exercise

The minister of National Defence (MApN) announced that 2,400 French soldiers who will take part in the DACIAN FALL 2025 exercise will enter the country until 30 September through border points in Giurgiu and Vama Veche.'The 2,400 French military personnel who will participate in the exercise, in addition to those who are part of the NATO Battle Group in Cincu, will enter the country, from today until September 30, through the border points of Giurgiu and Vama Veche. So if you meet on your way or see images on social media with military convoys, be aware that they are heading to training locations and are preparing for exercise DACIAN FALL 2025', the source said.   According to him, the exercise takes place between 20 October and 13 November and will develop in training polygons in Cincu, Smardan, Capu Midia, Babadag, Bogata, Alba Iulia, Hanu Conachi, Giarmata, Cartisoara.This exercise will include 5,000 military with 1,200 technical equipment from ten allied states – Belgium, Bulgaria, France, italy, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain.
