Minister Tilvar, at the meeting of NATO Defence Ministers in Brussels

Minister of National Defense Angel Tilvar is taking part, on Thursday and Friday, in the meeting of NATO Defence Ministers, in Brussels.According to MApN, the agenda is centered on topics of importance to the Alliance, with a view to implementing the decisions adopted by the heads of state and government at the NATO Anniversary Summit, which took place in Washington in July this year.The ministerial event includes three discussion sessions - one in the Allied format, dedicated to strengthening the Allied deterrence and defence posture, one in the NATO-Ukraine Council format, and another, for the first time, with the partner states from the Indo-Pacific/IP4 region (Australia, Japan, South Korea and New Zealand).Minister Tilvar will also attend the ministerial meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat Daesh/ISIS.
