The agency also maintained the bank’s baseline credit assessment at ba1, as well as its counterparty ratings and ratings associated with bonds issued by the bank. Moody’s assessment reaffirms Banca Transilvania’s key strengths, including its robust capitalization, profitability, operational efficiency and broad customer funding base. These factors support the resilience of the bank’s business model, the stability of its funding sources, its strong liquidity and its ability to continue supporting the Romanian economy and millions of customers over the long term.
