Nepi Rockastle expects ongoing tax inspection at its Romanian shopping malls to cost EUR 10 mln

NEPI Rockcastle, the largest owner of shopping malls in Romania, has already paid EUR 2.5 million in supplementary taxes under the ongoing tax inspection carried out by the tax collection agency ANAF and estimates paying up to EUR 10 million after all its malls are checked.

The investor also says that he is collaborating with the authorities “so that they understand the business model,"
