NETOPIA celebrates 20 years of innovation in e-commerce and announces its new leadership team

NETOPIA celebrates this year two decades of innovation, vision, and trust. Concurrently, the company unveiled its new leadership team following the acquisition of the majority stake by Innova Capital. This strategic move opens new horizons for the NETOPIA Group and brings new leaders into the fold.   The new supervisory board of the company will be comprised of Krzysztof Kulig, Senior Partner at Innova, Anna Zientkiewicz, Innova's Director, and Antonio Éram (founder of NETOPIA Group), who will transition from his CEO role to oversee the global strategy of the NETOPIA Group.   In the management board, Felix Crisan (co-founder of NETOPIA Group) assumes the role of CEO, transitioning from his previous position as CTO. Delia Paceagiu, formerly the Legal and Compliance Director, takes on the role of COO, while Horia Grozea, the current Sales and Business Development Director, expands his role within the organization.   "In the past 20 years we have built a trustworthy partnership for more than 25.000 companies that use our services each day.
