Nhood Romania strengthens management team with the appointment of Mihaela Petruescu as Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland

December 3, 2025

Nhood, an integrated real estate services and solutions company present in 10 European countries, including Romania, has appointed Mihaela Petruescu as the new Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland as of October.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Mihaela brings robust expertise in property management and leasing, operational performance, and the development of multidisciplinary teams. She previously held leadership positions at top real estate firms, such as Cushman & Wakefield Echinox and CBRE Romania, where she coordinated complex teams and managed diverse portfolios in the retail, office, and logistics segments. Her experience spans the full range of real estate services - from leasing, operational and commercial management, to optimizing the financial performance of assets.
In her new role, Mihaela Petruescu will coordinate the Property Retail and Office, Leasing Services, Specialty Leasing, and Operational Marketing teams, ensuring operational excellence and the quality of services provided to clients. She will be responsible for ensuring the quality and successful fulfillment of mandates within her area of responsibility, providing local coordination, and implementing the strategies of each business line in the market to ensure high-quality client service. Additionally, she will work on optimizing the Nhood Romania and Poland portfolio, implementing the global strategy, and attracting new mandates, contributing to the transformation of locations through the "Site Vision" and applying the 3P principles (People, Planet, Profit) to create sustainable value. She will also contribute to consolidating and expanding the integrated services offered by Nhood in the property, facility, leasing, and marketing sectors, in line with the group’s strategic objectives.
“I strongly believe that the future of real estate is about creating sustainable value, not just managing properties. In a constantly transforming market, the difference is made by people and how we succeed in co-creating relevant solutions that meet the real needs of clients and communities. I am joining a team that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and performance, and I intend to contribute to the development of a property services model based on operational excellence, agility, and a deep understanding of the market. Through this approach, we aim to consolidate Nhood Romania's position as a trusted partner and a driver of sustainable transformation in the real estate field,” stated Mihaela Petruescu, Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland.
“Mihaela joins the Nhood team at a time when the company is strengthening its position in Romania in terms of property management and regeneration, through an integrated and future-oriented vision. Her extensive expertise in asset management and her strategic, client-centric, and results-driven approach will bring an essential contribution to enhancing the quality of services offered and to the development of long-lasting partnerships. I am convinced that together we will continue to redefine industry standards through a business model that combines operational performance with responsibility towards people, cities, and the environment,” added Elena Bocan, Head of Market Nhood Romania.
With this appointment, Nhood Romania continues to reinforce its management team, in line with the company’s mission to create value for clients and communities by regenerating spaces and transforming them into sustainable and community-relevant places.
