Romania's largest symphonic pop festival, an event expected to draw over 60,000 spectators, kicks off on Thursday in Bucharest's Constitution Square.Over the three days of the festival, the stage will host performances by Nikos Vertis, Andra, Nicole Cherry, Gheorghe Zamfir, Andrea Bocelli, Subcarpati, José Carreras & Katherine Jenkins, Arash, Loreen, and Daniel Jinga.According to the organisers, the first day of the festival will bring Greek artist Nikos Vertis to the stage, who will share the spotlight with one of Romania's most beloved singers - Andra. The two artists have never performed together until now. However, at Unforgettable Festival 2025, Nikos Vertis and Andra will take to the same stage for the first time, preparing a moment that promises to be more than just music - a celebration of Balkan and Romanian emotion, say the organisers."With a voice that perfectly blends passion, longing and Mediterranean romanticism, Nikos Vertis is one of the most beloved Greek artists of the moment. With dozens of hits, millions of fans, and countless sold-out concerts, Vertis brings to Bucharest the authentic charm of Greece in a show that is a true premiere for an international festival. His presence at Unforgettable Festival marks a special moment - it is the first time the artist will perform on the stage of an open-air festival, and Constitution Square will resonate with the sounds of the bouzouki and the unmistakable emotion of Greek music. The atmosphere will be unforgettable: full of energy and soul, a unique moment in a legendary setting," reads the event's website. The festival gates open on Thursday at 17:00, and Nikos Vertis is scheduled to take the stage at 20:00.'In addition to the live shows and artistic installations, participants will discover a diverse gastronomic area, with a specially designed food court, where international cuisines, gourmet dishes and innovative culinary concepts blend into a complete experience.
