NN has been recognized as Top Employer 2024 for the sixth consecutive year, both in Romania and across all countries where NN Group operates, ranking fourth in the local market and sixth in Europe

NN has been recognized as Top Employer 2024 for the sixth consecutive year, both in Romania and across all countries where NN Group operates, ranking fourth in the local market and sixth in Europe. The recognition is awarded by Top Employers Institute, the most prestigious global authority in certifying excellence and performance in HR, based on an extensive evaluation process of organizations’ practices in areas like people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition and development, diversity, equity and inclusion or wellbeing.

 

The Top Employer 2024 certification underlines NN’s position as a top employer in today’s dynamic and challenging labor market, as a result of its strong people-centric HR strategy focused on the culture and experiences created for the about 500 employees in its team and 1,600 financial consultants and managers in its sales force.
