NN Romania Sets Guinness Record for Largest Human Umbrella Image, Symbolizing Customer Financial Protection

NN Romania has achieved the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the largest human image of an umbrella. The record symbolizes NN's care for people's financial protection and its efforts for a better future through life, health or home insurance and mandatory and voluntary private pensions.   "Through everything we do, at NN we have the power to change lives. This GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title reflects our care for people and motivates us to always be there for them in the ways they need", said Catalin Vasile, Chief Sales Officer at NN Romania.   745 NN financial consultants and employees formed the human image of an umbrella in the presence of an official adjudicator of Guinness World Records, who certified the breaking of the previous record, achieved in October 2023 in Greece, with the participation of 328 people. The human umbrella formed by the NN team measured 28 meters long and 25 meters wide, covering a surface of 286 square meters, equivalent to about 25 parking spaces.   “I am delighted for the opportunity to take part, on behalf of Guinness World Records, to the achievement of a new record for the largest human image of an umbrella, just 6 months after the previous record was set, bringing together more than twice the number of participants. All the necessary conditions have been met and we are happy to award NN Romania the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title", said Richard Stenning, the official representative of Guinness World Records, upon offering the certificate.   NN is the first international life insurance company that entered the Romanian market, in 1997, currently offering an extensive portfolio of life, health and general insurance, namely home insurance or insurance for car accidents with loss of life.
