November 5, 2023

Real estate developer Nusco Imobiliara has received the construction permit for the second phase of the largest urban regeneration project in the northern part of the capital – Nusco City.

The second phase of the complex will comprise 840 units, including studio apartments, two, three, four rooms apartments and exclusive duplexes - with an estimated investment of over 130 million euros. The first phase of Nusco City delivered 622 new homes to the community.

“I proudly represent the most significant project I have worked on in my entire career - Nusco City. We are delighted to commence the construction of the second phase of Nusco City, as the demand for these new apartments has been tremendous from the pre-sales stage.
