Nusco Imobiliaria has sold 30% of the second phase of the Nusco City complex

December 7, 2023

In just three months since obtaining the construction permit, the real estate developer Nusco Imobiliara has traded 285 units from the second phase of the largest urban regeneration project in the northern part of the capital city – Nusco City.

The second phase of the ensemble will include 840 units, featuring double studio apartments, two, three, and four-room apartments, and exclusive duplexes. This phase is estimated to involve an investment of over 130 million euros. The first phase of Nusco City delivered 622 new residences to the community.

“On an area spanning 23-hectares, Nusco City will accommodate a total of over 4,000 apartments, parks, green areas, and infrastructure - covering approximately 40% of the entire project area. We will also have educational units, dedicated commercial areas, as well as office spaces. Therefore, we were well aware of the value of our project and we are thrilled to see such a high-performing sales pace,” said Bogdan Iliescu, Commercial Director at Nusco Imobiliara.

Nusco City was launched in the winter of 2020 and delivered its first phase in Q2 2023. The second phase is currently in full development, construction commencing this autumn, and the first units are expected to be delivered in Q3 2025. The constructor for the Nusco City project is Pedro Construct, while the real estate consultancy firm North Bucharest Investments is responsible for project sales.

The masterplan of the mixed-use Nusco City project includes event halls and showrooms for the company along Pipera Boulevard.

“We are pleased to integrate this commercial area into the project's masterplan, a direction that has been active for several years. We want to thank our long-term partners for their trust in our project from the beginning and assure them of our ongoing collaboration. The entire masterplan of Nusco City spans over 230,000 square meters and was designed with top-notch professionals, both nationally and internationally,” explained Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Imobiliara.

Nusco Imobiliara is one of the most valuable real estate developer in Romania and its portfolio includes projects such as Premio - a premium boutique residential complex; CITTA Park residential complex; Nusco Towers office building; Caramfil office building; Floreasca One office building; Floreasca Two office building; Pipera Commercial Park; Nusco City Phase 1; Nusco City Phase 2 - launched and under development; Nusco City Phase 3 - prepared for launch; and the ongoing development of the newest villa complex in the northern part of the capital - Nusco Homes.
