ONRC: 129,338 authorized individuals and companies registered in first 10 months of 2021

  The number of registrations of authorized individuals and companies has increased, in the first ten months of this year, by 40.31 pct compared to the similar period of 2020, to 129,338, of which 88,703 are limited liability companies (SRL), according to data centralized by the National Office of the Trade Register (ONRC).Most registrations were recorded in Bucharest, specifically 19,975 (+27.86 pct compared to January - October 2020), and in the counties of Cluj - 7,395 (+54.22 pct), Timis - 6,082 (+48.2 pct) and Ilfov - 6,019 (+33.61 pct).At the opposite end, the lowest number of registrations was noted in Covasna - 952 (+32.78 pct over the first ten months of the previous year), Ialomita - 968 (+42.14 pct), and Calarasi - 1,087 (+21.59 pct).According to the ONRC, the domains in which most registrations took place were: retail and wholesale; reparation of vehicles and motorcycles (25,603, +13.48 pct year-over-year), agriculture, forestry and fishery (14,629, +307.04 pct) and construction (14,192, +21.88 pct).In October 2021, 12,607 authorized individuals and companies were registered, most in Bucharest (2,083) and in the counties of Cluj (803), Ilfov (674) and Timis (661).
