Optim Project Management celebrates 12 years on the market and more than 4.8 mln. sqm built

  Optim Project Management has become the leading real estate project management company in the country as it celebrates 12 on the Romanian market. Founded in 2009 by David Evans (photo) international project and construction director with comprehensive project and construction management experience gained through working with developers and contractors in Central-Eastern Europe, the Middle East and South America, Optim Project Management has reached a number of 100 employees in 3 countries and 225 successfully delivered projects.In the 12 years on the market, the company has had continuous growth year after year and, after the slight decrease in 2020 due to the sanitary crisis and the general economic hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic, expects a 25% increase in turnover in 2021. In 2020, Optim Project Management reported a turnover of over 4.25 million EUR, and estimates a 4.75 million euros turnover in 2021.Optim Project Management has an extensive portfolio (225 large scale projects, more than 4.8 million sqm built, and over 125 technical due diligence reports) with projects worth over 1 billion euro in almost all construction sectors. The company was responsible for the construction of the most well-known investments in Romania as varied as ParkLake in Bucharest, one of the largest home appliances hubs in Eastern Europe - Arctic Factory in Targoviste, J8 Office Park in Bucharest, St. Constantin Hospital in Brasov, The Marmorosch Bucharest | Autograph Collection hotel, ISHO   Living residential investment in Timisoara, and HOSPICE Casa Sperantei - Adunatii-Copaceni Centre. Also, Optim Project Management was involved in some of the largest real estate transactions on the local market by undertaking technical due diligence services.
