Acting chairman of the National Liberal Party (PNL) Ilie Bolojan declared that the Liberals are willing to participate in a governing coalition, and the basis for discussion in this attempt should be the reform program they propose."Regarding the result of the vote, as you can see, it will be a fragmented Parliament, with even more parties, and I think that the question of forming a governing coalition will inevitably arise. The PNL is willing to participate in such a coalition, so that we can be a factor of modernization for our country, and the basis for discussion will be the reform program we have undertaken," Bolojan said on Sunday at the PNL headquarters, after the legislative election exit-polls.Reiterating the reforms proposed by the PNL, Bolojan mentioned "the reform of the political milieu, the reform of the state so that the taxpayers' money is not wasted, development and decentralization projects for local authorities and correct policies that show that the state respects the citizen and that Romania is a good place for our youth. We will also support our values, freedoms, entrepreneurship, family, communities and our homeland."The Liberal leader thanked the Romanians who came to the polls, stating that the turnout in this parliamentary election was record-high. He also promised PNL voters that the party won't disappoint them. (Photo:https://www.facebook.com/)
