PepsiCo Romania recognized as a Top Employer for the 11th consecutive year

PepsiCo Romania, one of the leaders in the food and beverage industry, has been awarded for the eleventh consecutive year the international Top Employer certification by the Top Employers Institute in the Netherlands.   Certification as a Top Employer attests to PepsiCo's commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, thereby creating meaningful opportunities for its employees. Through this distinction, it underscores the company's continued dedication to facilitating positive impact, developing new skills, and helping build successful careers for team members.   The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on participation and the results of its HR Best Practices Survey.
