PM: Romania Risks Losing EU Funds Via HR Program Due To Management Flaws In 2010-2011

Romania risks losing definitively EUR100 million in European funds this year and EUR1.1 billion next year through the Sector Operational Program for Human Resource Development (POSDRU) due to serious flaws in managing the program between 2010 and 2011, Prime Minister Victor Ponta said Monday.
