PNL National Political Bureau nominates Nicolae Ciuca as candidate for presidential elections

The leader of the National Liberal Party (PNL) Nicolae Ciuca announced on Thursday that the National Political Bureau of the party has designated him as a candidate for the presidential elections, and that this decision will be approved by the National Council."In today's meeting, the National Political Bureau has designated the candidate who will enter the National Council for approval. I will be the one who will run for the Presidency of Romania. I thank all my colleagues for their trust and I am convinced that only together with you, only together with all PNL members will we succeed in entering the second round and succeed in winning the presidential elections," declared Ciuca, after the meeting held at the Palace of Parliament.
