President Nicusor Dan, on a private visit to the Republic of Moldova

  President Nicusor Dan shared, on Sunday, on Facebook, images from a nature hike in the Republic of Moldova, with his partner, Mirabela Gradinaru their two children and the President of the Parliament in Chisinau.   They walked on the hills and in the forest. “Today we went on a nature hike, and the children were the most excited,” Nicusor Dan posted on Facebook on Sunday, along with a video clip.   The President of Romania, Nicusor Dan, was in the Republic of Moldova, where he participated, on Saturday, together with President Maia Sandu, at the Wolf Festival, organized in the “Orheiul Vechi” Natural Reserve.   This year’s edition of the Wolf Festival took place with the support and under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova.   Nicusor Dan’s visit to the Republic of Moldova was not announced in advance by either the Presidency of Romania or that of the Republic of Moldova.   According to NewsMaker.md sources, the President of Romania was also invited to participate in the events planned in the Republic of Moldova, on August 31, 2025, on the occasion of the Romanian Language Day.   Nicusor Dan was in the Republic of Moldova in June, shortly after being inaugurated as President of Romania, and also in March, during the electoral campaign.
