Romania and Qatar could collaborate in energy filed by attracting mutually beneficial investments

 Energy minister Sebastian Burduja and Qatar's ambassador to Romania, Osama Yousef A.A. Alqaradawi, discussed on Tuesday, during a meeting, the possibilities of cooperation in the energy field, by attracting mutually beneficial investments, the ministry informed in a press release."Today, September 12, 2023, Energy minister Sebastian Burduja held a meeting at the Ministry of Energy with His Excellency Mr. Osama Yousef A.A. Alqaradawi, ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania. During the bilateral meeting, issues such as the exploration of the possibilities of cooperation with Qatar in the energy field, involving the attraction of mutually beneficial Qatari investments, were discussed," the press release stated.The talks between the two officials also reviewed Romania's main advantages as a potential business partner in the energy sector with Qatar, both in terms of location and gas resources.
