Romania’s Stake In Rompetrol Transferred To Economy Ministry

Romania’s Finance Ministry plans to transfer its 44.7% stake in oil refinery Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC.RO) to the privatization division of the Economy Ministry, according to a government draft decision.
