BUCHAREST, Romania, Jan. 17 (UPI) -- A flu vaccination program in Romania was suspended Monday due to the poor quality of the vaccines, officials said.About 350,000 doses of the vaccine will be withdrawn from use, the news agency Romanian Times reported.Health Minister Ritli Ladislau said the medicine was produced by the Romanian Cantacuzino Institute, and that its effect against the three
