Romanian Govt Belatedly Tries To Recover EU Funds Spent Illegally On 2008 Floods

Romania's Government is only now trying to recover the funds allotted by the EU in 2009 to counter the damage created by the 2008 floods and spent illegally, as revealed by an audit of the Court of Accounts.
