RON appreciated against EUR on Thursday, but fell against USD

 The national currency appreciated on Thursday in relation to the euro, which was calculated by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) at 4.9736 RON, down 0.02 RON compared to the previous quote of 4.9738 RON.Instead, the RON lost ground against the US dollar, which was quoted at 4.8269 RON, up by 0.52 RON (0.11%), compared to Wednesday, when it stood at 4.8217 RON.The national currency also depreciated in relation to the Swiss franc, calculated by the BNR at 5.2922 RON, up by 0.6 RON (0.11%), compared to 5.2862 RON, the previous quote.The gold gram rose in price on Thursday, up to the value of 414.0962 RON, from 411.4200 RON, in the previous session.
