Senate President Nicolae Ciuca, in a meeting with the new Greek ambassador, Evangelia Grammatika, conveyed the appreciation of the Bucharest authorities for Greece's support for Romania's admission to the Schengen Area and the OECD."I met this morning with Her Excellency Evangelia Grammatika, the new Greek Ambassador to Romania. The Hellenic Republic is one of our most important partners in the region, with both countries having close cooperation both within the EU and within the North Atlantic Alliance.
