SAT Reabilitare Reciclare, a subsidiary of construction Group STRABAG SE, inaugurates today the largest and most modern bitumen emulsion production facility in Romania. Located in Criseni, Salaj County, the new plant marks a major step forward in the development of sustainable and efficient infrastructure solutions. With a production capacity of 15 tons per hour, the plant was established through a direct investment of approximately €2.2 million. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that meets the highest European standards in terms of quality, operational safety, environmental protection, and energy efficiency. ”This investment represents an important step in consolidating our position as a regional leader in road recycling and rehabilitation. SAT Reabilitare Reciclare S.R.L. is a Romanian company, established in 2010 and headquartered in Cluj-Napoca. It specialises in the production and distribution of bitumen emulsions and other specialised products for road infrastructure maintenance. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the STRABAG Group, a major European-based technology group for construction services.
