TeraPlast announces the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer

TeraPlast SA announces the appointment of Mr. Bogdan Lucian Crăciunaș as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective from July 29, 2024.
Bogdan Lucian Crăciunaș began his career in 2007 and has gained extensive professional experience within two Big 4 financial audit firms. Prior to joining the TeraPlast team, Bogdan held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the pharmaceutical manufacturer Terapia, part of the Sun Pharmaceutical Industries group.
Bogdan is a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in Glasgow, UK, since 2014.
In his new role, Bogdan Crăciunaș will work closely with CEO Alexandru Stânean to continue TeraPlast's development and success through the integration of newly acquired companies as well as new developments in Romania and abroad.
