The ambassadors of France, Germany, Italy and the UK are asking  the government to compensate the energy suppliers who compensated the bills

The ambassadors of France, Germany, Italy and the UK are asking the government the compensation of the energy suppliers who compensated the bills, says G4Media. The ambassadors consider, in a letter sent to the minister of economy Virgil Popescu and premier Nicolae Ciuca the fact that the big suppliers E.ON, ENEL, ENGIE and Macquarie Asset Management (CEZ) manifested the preoccupation with regard to the fact that the biggest part of the financial burden of the support measures for the population comes to the private sector, says G4Media.     The minister of work, Marius Budai announced on Wednesday in the government meeting that, starting on Monday the payments to the suppliers started, suppliers who capped and compensated energy prices. ‘Yesterday we had 18 million, today we have three suppliers with 6.5 million” said Budai, adding that the sums are updated every hour.   Premier Nicolae Ciuca asked, on Wednesday, in the government meeting to be informed on the payments to these suppliers.
