The Festival Namaste India, between 28 and 30 June – shows, book launching, workshops, lectures and conferences

The festival  ”Namaste India” to gather over 50 events meant to celebrate the diversity of Indian traditions, will take place between 28 and 30 June, in Bucharest , at the Botanical Gardens.During the 15th edition there will be daily, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. dancing shows, concerts, book launching, yoga classes, together with workshops, lectures and conferences for all ages and interests – they will offer the opportunity to discover and experiment the Indian culture, together with artists, professors and specialists in different domains, according to a press release sent on Friday. During the three days, the audience will be able to listen to kirtan concerts, singing to voice and instruments such as harmonium, mridangam, blackboard, colander, guitar, guitar, and instruments, over 15 experienced teachers will offer Yoga and Meditation lessons.   On the occasion of the centenary of actor Raj Kapoor, there will be a sari parade and a film music recital.   The full programme of the events will be published before the event on the website www.namasteindia.ro and on the social media platforms of the festival.   The festival is organized with the support of the Embassy of India in Bucharest and the Ministry of Culture of India.
