The latest store concepts of the international brands CROPP and HOUSE are inaugurating at Colosseum Mall

Colosseum Mall and the Polish group LPP are expanding their partnership by opening two new stores in the shopping center, under the signatures of the international brands CROPP and HOUSE.   LPP opened the largest Sinsay store in Romania at Colosseum Mall in the spring of 2022, covering an area of 2000 s qm. Now, it is strengthening its presence with two other significant brands from its portfolio, together occupying nearly 1300 s qm.   Doinita Ilie, Head of Leasing at Colosseum Mall, stated, "The opening of CROPP and HOUSE stores at Colosseum Mall reflects our commitment to the continuous growth of our retail portfolio and the consolidation of our position in the local market, as well as the outstanding performance of the LPP group within our shopping center. CROPP and HOUSE are two brands desired by Colosseum Mall customers, and this inauguration reaffirms the attractiveness of the shopping center in the fashion and accessories segment. We note that solid brands, which have maturity and resilience, continue to exploit market opportunities to capitalize on new audiences and leverage the investments made in the medium and long term."   The Polish group LPP has been present in the local market since 2007 and operates a network of over 180 stores in Romania under five brands: Reserved, CROPP, Mohito, HOUSE, and Sinsay.   Alexandru Roman, Leasing Manager at LPP Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary, commented, "The existing development potential makes Romania a very important market for our company.
