At the ensemble level, the works are progressing steadily: the reinforced concrete slab is being executed over the 1st floor, and in another building, work is being done on the columns above the ground floor. The sustained pace of execution reflects the planned progress, consolidating the transition to the upper floors, according to the schedule established for Ananda Residence II.

Compared to the first phase of the residential complex, in the current stage we will bring significant improvements in the quality of finishes, to offer a higher standard of comfort and aesthetics. We comply with the new sustainability norms, integrating modern technologies: photovoltaic panels and charging stations for electric cars. In addition to this alignment with the requirements of a European capital, which supports environmentally friendly solutions, we want to dismantle the perception that developments in the south of the capital are remote and inaccessible: we are located in the immediate vicinity of Sector 4, we benefit from a better price per square meter and, above all, from excellent connectivity through the M2 Metro line. Living here means being integrated, in fact, into the southern ecosystem of the Capital, but at much more advantageous costs,” says Cătălin Aniculaesei, Chief Revenue Officer of Ananda Group.
