The royal train, in a symbolic route performed 150 years ago by King Carol I

Crown Princess Margareta, Princess Maria and Prince Radu have arrived on Tuesday evening at the Baneasa Rail Station of Northern Bucharest, with the royal train, after travelling from Drobeta-Turnu Severin in a symbolic route performed 150 years ago by King Carol I. The train hosting the royal family has crossed, from West to East, the counties of Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt and Dambovita, thus closing its trip to Bucharest. The train made short stops in the main stations, where the travelers were welcomed by local officials. According to a release by the Royal House, the train of memorials has left Drobeta-Turnu Severin on Tuesday morning, at 8:30, and stopped in Filiasi, Craiova, Slatina and Titu.
