TOPBAND SMART EUROPE ACHIEVED LARGE-SCALE PRODUCTION FROM CTPARK TIMISOARA

CTP, Europe's largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), leased an 11,000 sqm production space for Topband Smart Europe in CTPark Timisoara. The Topband Smart Europe facility has entered mass production phase in the first half of 2023, and it was officially launched in early November.

The Chinese Topband entered the Romanian market in 2021 and chose CTPark Timisoara, which can accomodate anydemand for expansion due to the growth of its clients' businesses. Topband’s production space in CTPark Timisoara will accommodate all the requirements of the company’s customers in Europe.

By leveraging the geographic advantage and Topband’s industry expertise, the Europe factory will provide agiler, more efficient and nearby services for customers in home appliances, power tools and new energy industries. Entering the mass production phase at their CTPark Timisoara production capacity represents Topband's enhanced capability to meet customers’ needs in Europe and global markets.

Currently, Topband Europe factory in Timisoara has reached cooperation intentions with over ten international customers in the home appliance and power tool industries. The total investment of the factory will reach around 30 million USD in the future, which will have a positive impact on local community and play a key role in Topband's global expansion.

Timisoara is strengthening its position as a smart workforce (accessible, convenient, and educated) manufacturing destination, Topband's decision to build its production space in CTPark Timisoara being one more proof in this direction.

CTPark Timişoara benefits of a perfect location for distribution, logistics and manufacturing purposed being located at 6 km from International Airport of Timişoara and at 1 km distance from the A1 Highway to Arad and Timişoara ring road.

CTP owns Class A warehouses with a total surface area of approximately 2.6 million square meters in multiple cities in Romania, including Arad, Brasov, Bucharest, Craiova, Oradea, Sibiu and Timisoara.
