Transilvania Construcții has invested 15 million Euros in TRC Park Bacău

January 19, 2024

Transilvania Construcții recently completed the construction of its new logistics park in its portfolio - TRC Park Bacău - a project in which the company invested over 15 million Euros.

TRC Park Bacău has an area of almost 25,000 square meters and hosts significant companies from various industries that are constantly expanding. Among the prominent names that have chosen TRC Park Bacău are: Interbrands Orbico, Sonoma Sportswear, and Dona Logistica.

“TRC Park Bacău offers strategic advantages, such as accessibility to transportation networks, connectivity with the city, developed infrastructure, and available workforce. Factors such as economic development, as well as expansion opportunities, contribute to creating a conducive environment for the success of the logistics park and its partner companies.

With modern infrastructure and top-notch facilities, the logistics park provides flexible industrial spaces and customized solutions for companies in various sectors. Our commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability consolidates our position as a trusted partner for the success of partner businesses,” says Paul Barna, Property Manager, TRC Parks.

Strategically located in the southern part of Bacău and very close to the airport, TRC Park Bacău is a premium-class logistics park and represents 10% of the company's entire parks network. Transilvania Construcții currently owns a portfolio of spaces with a total leasable area exceeding 250,000 square meters.

In an extremely dynamic and increasingly competitive market segment, our company applies permanent adaptability in new developments or in the management of existing ones. We are confident that TRC Park Bacău will bring significant added value to the entire logistics industry, and thus, we will contribute to its evolution through the spaces we develop. Transilvania Construcții continues its expansion plans this year through new investments and acquisitions, as well as through new developments, along with the implementation of the green energy generation investment plan in all our parks, a project started last year,” says Andrei Timofte, General Manager - Transilvania Construcții.
