State Secretary (John) Kerry described Romania's commitment for good governance as a model for other countries, the US official stated. Asked about the security situation in the region, he warned that challenges are coming from all sides. From the East we have, of course, issues with Russian aggression in Ukraine, we have problems in the South as well, the US official stated. From the point of view of its geographical location and politic commitment, Romania is important for us, to be able to face these challenges, John Heffern added.
